Pedophilic beachgoer claims he's just interested in oceanography

Long Beach, Calif. -- Local mailman and suspected pedophile Frank Clancy claims that his frequent beach excursions are inspired by his interest in oceanography, and not by the twisted mental fantasies induced by eyeing up the beach's vast supply of fine pre-teen trim, sources report.

Clancy, a 42-year-old divorcee whom friends and neighbors agree struggles to suppress a deep-rooted sexual predilection for under-aged children of both genders, is said by lifeguards to patron the densely child-populated areas of Long Beach almost daily, always by himself and very rarely wearing appropriate beach attire, instead favoring a long dark trench coat that lifeguards agree looks "spooky."

"Oh yeah, we see that sick fuck all the time," lifeguard Leon Baxter said of Clancy. "He's always lurking around, pulling at his pants and ducking behind bushes where he does God knows what. They ought to lock that pervert up."

Clancy, however, denies that his visits have anything to do with an unhealthy obsession with deburring some of the sweet, unsupervised virgin timber often peppering the beach after school or on weekends.

"I have a genuine interest in the aquatic ecosystem," Clancy told Recoil Magazine, wiping saliva from his chin as a small group of 12-year-old girls wandered through his field of vision, licking ice cream cones. "Yeah, I'm interested in all that wet stuff," Clancy added before shuffling hurriedly to a nearby public restroom - his third trip in approximately 15 minutes.

When asked about his frequent restroom visits, Clancy, though wearing a full trench coat and hat, claimed he needs to "keep reapplying sun block" because of the his light complexion.
